Heard: Depp was ‘obsessed with dog poop’

As the lawsuit resumes, Amber Heard alleges Johnny Depp threw a phone at her during a disturbing night when he became fixated on feces.

The jury in the pending lawsuit between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard has been shown photos of Heard’s face after the… pirates of the caribbean star allegedly threw a phone at her.

Photos of wine bottles, spilled drinks and chaotic rooms were also shown, all of which Heard said were the result of Depp’s erratic behavior.

Heard said another sign of Depp’s strange actions was that he became fixated on stool. “He was obsessed with dog poop,” she said.

The case between the two actors, which is being heard at Fairfax County Court House in Virginia near Washington DC, reconvenes today after a week-long hiatus. It will be completed later this week.

Heard is being sued by Depp for $50 million ($A67 million) for suggesting he killed her in a 2018 Washington Post op-ed. Though she hasn’t named him, he claims her accusations are false and cost him lucrative movie roles.

Ms. Heard has filed a counterclaim, asking for $100 million ($A134m) and alleging that she had suffered “rampant physical assault and abuse” at his hands.

On Monday, Heard went to the stands to detail her allegations of physical assault against Depp.

“This is my face after Johnny threw a phone at it,” she said as pictures were shown to the judges.

The images showed Heard’s face from different angles with a bruise on her right cheek.

She said they were taken by a friend after a violent incident in May 2016.

Heard told the court that after the death of his mother Betty Sue, she and Depp reunited after a month apart.

Depp said he “really needed his wife,” Heard told me.

“He told me he was clean and not a monster and he was so sorry”

Depp fixated on stool

But when he came by, he seemed fixated on feces, she said, especially his dog Boo’s.

Heard said Boo has had ongoing bathroom problems since he ate some of Depp’s cannabis when he was younger.

Depp had said he believed one of Heard’s friends had left dog poop on a bed as a “joke,” she said.

“I couldn’t believe he was talking about faeces when his mother just passed away.

“I just thought he was going crazy.”

When Depp left the room, Heard said she called her friend iO Tillett Wright who advised her to leave.

“Amber, get out of the house. You’re not safe now,” she said, Mr. Tillett Wright told her.

Depp, Heard said, heard the conversation over the loudspeaker, then rushed down the stairs in a rage.

“He picked up the phone and started screaming. Say really bad things.

“He called iO every name imaginable you can say to an LGBTQI person.

“Then he pulls his arm back with the phone and throws it at my face.

“It felt like it hit me in the eye.

“I put my head in my hand and immediately started crying.”

Heard said Depp then came up to her, sobbing, and taunted her.

“He says, ‘I hit you, hey, I hit you, yes. Let me know how much I hurt you this time'”.

The Aquarius The actor then said her boyfriend Raquel entered the room and tried to protect Heard from further blows by placing her body between Heard’s and Depp’s.

Photos of Heard’s face were later shown to officers who visited the residence after being called about the dispute.

However, Heard told the court that she had turned the police away because she said she didn’t want to harm Depp’s future.

Heard’s ‘bruising kit’

The jury was then shown additional photos of Heard with a bruise on her face, taken at a Los Angeles courthouse the same month she filed for a temporary restraining order against Depp.

She also told the Fairfax court of how she carried a theater makeup kit “which I called my bruise kit.”

Heard described how her bruises would change color over the days and how she chose the different colors in the kit to apply based on the shade of her damaged skin at the time.

“No woman wants to walk around with a bruise on her face.”

Heard said she had tried to make the relationship work because of her love for Depp. But she couldn’t do that anymore and so she decided to file for divorce.

“It was the hardest thing I’ve had to do. I tried everything to make it work and it didn’t work.

“But if I hadn’t done it (filed for divorce), I probably wouldn’t have survived.

“The monster had been this thing that was now normal and not the exception.

“The violence was now normal and not the exception.”
