The Jedi Breathing Apparatus Returns
In this episode, Obi-Wan Kenobi infiltrates the underwater Fortress Inquisitorius and interestingly, he wears the Jedi Breathing Device. We first saw him (and Qui-Gon Jinn) in the Jedi Breathing Device Star Wars Episode I The Phantom Menace†
A small breather that fits snugly into a Jedi Knight’s tool belt, the A99 aquata breather is a compact mouthpiece designed to provide the wearer with a breathing gas. The A99 has advanced filters that allow it to function underwater, in a vacuum and in certain toxic environments. The A99 has a number of variants to accommodate a variety of alien physiologies. The A99’s miniature compressed air tanks can provide oxygen for two hours.
The interrogation room was first seen in Star Wars Jedi Cases Order
The interrogation room was a location within Fortress Inquisitorius on the ocean moon of Nur in the Mustafar system. It was used by the Inquisitor to interrogate and torture Jedi to turn them into Inquisitors, and had an interrogation chair in the center of the room.
In Star Wars Jedi Cases OrderDuring his mission to restore the Jedi Order, Jedi Knight Cal Kestis infiltrated the fortress to recover a holocron stolen by the Inquisitor Second Sister on the planet Bogano after a brief duel with each other. However, Kestis was tasked with reaching the interrogation room, where the holocron was kept, but instead faced the Inquisitor again in a duel, resulting in her death at the hands of the Sith Lord Darth Vader, who broke the room apart. tore while trying to kill Kestis.
However, keep in mind that Obi-Wan Kenobi takes place after the events of Star Wars Jedi Cases Order† It makes sense that the interrogation room would look different since it was destroyed at the end of the year Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order.
Fortress Inquisitorius is a Jedi Tomb
Obi-Wan discovers that the Inquisitors have preserved the corpses of fallen Jedi in Fort Inquisitorius.
Even young people. Scary…
The T-47 Airspeeder (aka Snowspeeders) from Star Wars Episode V The Empire Strikes Back
The ships that rescued Obi-Wan don’t look familiar for nothing. They are the same ones used by the rebels on Hoth in Star Wars Episode V The Empire Strikes Back†
When the Rebel Alliance was stationed on Hoth, the Rebel Alliance transformed T-47 airspeeders into snowspeeders, fast-flying vehicles for patrolling and defending their hidden base. It took some effort to keep the crippling cold from grounding their air forces permanently, but the ingenuity of the rebels overcame the relentless Hoth elements. The T-47 airspeeder is a small wedge-shaped craft with two forward-firing laser cannons. In the aft bow is a harpoon gun fitted with a heavy tow rope. The snowspeeder is a two-man craft, with a pilot and a rear-facing rear gunner.
We’ve only got two episodes left, fellow Star Wars fans. Until then, Excelsior!
