Dear reader,
July will be such an encouraging sweet month. You will see that you can get a lot done as the minor planets will sing in harmony as they make their way across the sky. As you move through July, the month gets better and better. July is light, breezy and I hope after reading my prediction you can find ways to take advantage of it.
Readers are starting to notice that I’ve quietly joined the new social media platform Discord, which will help us all sail to Web 3.0 together. I invite you to join me on that – it’s easier for me to see your questions than on other platforms. I will continue to post my thoughts on Twitter (@astrologyZone), Instagram (@astrologyzone), and Facebook (Susan Miller’s Astrology Zone). Discord is a free service with a lot of bells and whistles, but for now we’ll start slow and simple. I will have my own community on Discord and I will have my own “server” called AstrologyZone.
I’m adding Discord (#astrologyzone/discord) for several important reasons. The structure of Discord can help us more easily build a strong, close, and loving community. On Discord, I want to hear your most pressing concerns and also hear how the current planetary configurations are playing out in your life.
Discord is divided into several ‘servers’, but you can think of servers as ‘communities’. My server is AstrologyZone. When you first come to Discord, you’ll be prompted to create a username and verify yourself to join our group. This way we know that you are not a bot, but a real person.
Next, you’ll check off your sun sign or, alternatively, your ascendant (aka your rising sign – the words are interchangeable). Even though your sun sign and ascendant are equally important, for now you can only choose one or the other. There will be a lot of new features coming, but when we start we need to keep it understandable and easy.
Your choice automatically places you in one of our group’s four subsets (referred to as “channels” by Discord). See channels as rooms. Currently we have four rooms divided by the elements: fire, air, earth or water. If you were born on a cusp and feel like you’ve been put in the wrong room, we’ll help you get to the right room. For now, though I’m most comfortable in the General Room, but that may change as we grow.
You can communicate through text, audio, video or through live events. You can post photos, your astrological chart or drawings, or you can even jump in in real time and say a few things on the audio channel. All the while, our group will stay organized and support others.
The Discord app for smartphones is fantastic, and the app for your computer is also very good. Alternatively, you can simply go to Discord.com on the web. However, apps are always safer and more convenient than going online, so I recommend using a Discord app for your phone. It is free.
Discord’s audience is mostly male (about 80%), so this gives me – and you – the chance to hear about topics that men are currently focusing on. I want to know what men think is crazy, what they wish they could change, and what parts of life they want to stay the same. I invite men to talk about dating, commitment and what it feels like to be a modern man. This can improve communication between men and women – I hope so! For every participant, and that is you, I also want to hear about your successes, because we all need to be inspired by good news.
In learning about Web 3.0 I feel the same excitement that I felt when I first heard about the Internet and my website started in 1995. It is my mission and desire to create a strong group here where we can exchange information and you can enjoy of making new friends. We can learn from each other and hang out all the time just having fun. Astrology can show you ways to keep growing, no matter your age, and can also help you reach your full potential.
I’ve asked my master moderator, Isis Djata, to make sure that our community members are kind to each other and always feel safe and welcome. I think you will enjoy the atmosphere we will keep. Discord gives us the tools to create order and warmth between us.

Now let’s move on to another topic, my brand new app “Moonlight Phases of the Moon by Susan Miller” which just hit the Apple App Store and Google Play in June – search for “Moonlight Phases”. If you just search “Moonlight”, you will see that there are many apps with that name that obviously have nothing to do with the moon void. If you come to my “Moonlight Phases of the Moon” you will see me in my white blouse. No other app compares to mine.
You may be wondering when the moon will go blank of course and why should you worry? The moon is the fastest moving celestial body in our solar system. Each month, she travels through all 12 signs in 29 to 30 days. In addition, the beautiful moon has conversations with just about all the planets in a single month, whether by conjunction, trine, square, opposition or sextile. When the moon has finished meeting the planets, she will retire to her boudoir and rest. Then, of course, the moon goes blank. The moon will be empty when it reappears in a new zodiac sign, and I’ll let you know when that will happen too.
During the time when the graceful moon is catching up on its beauty sleep, not much productivity happens here on Earth. You have to pay attention to empty periods because it is not time to do important activities – not a big job interview, first date, launching a new product, closing a house, you get the idea.
If a major media outlet writes to us and asks for an interview, I first ask my assistant to check the Moonlight app and make sure the moon is not empty when we schedule the interview. If so, the interview would come to nothing. If you buy a plane ticket with an invalid moon, you will probably have to change it later and additional costs may arise.
The app I designed for you has a lot of features, and the main one is to tell you exactly when the moon is empty, of course. The moon may not clear at all on any given day, and on other days the soft moon may be blank for many hours or just a few minutes. I’ve seen when the moon is empty all day. Every day is different and unique, that’s why you use this app every day to check the news about the moon.
I will tell you the sign the moon is in and also suggest activities that are perfect for you to do when the moon is empty.
Until now, it has been nearly impossible to figure out when the moon is empty. There are tables of numbers on the internet, but after you find them, you need to convert them to your time zone. This is not necessary when using my app. We pin your exact location with GPS, so when you travel, your app gives you accurate information wherever you are on the planet.
My “Moonlight Phases of the Moon” app costs $7.99 and is a one-time purchase (no subscription) that will take you to the year 2050. The app will also tell you which sign the moon will visit that day, as well as tell you if the moon will change sign and the exact time it will. I wrote suggestions for activities that are perfect to do when the moon is in each of the 12 signs. I also tell you about full moons, new moons and the other six phases of the moon and what those phases mean to you. This app was three years in development and I had to teach my engineers astrology first. It is beautifully designed and easy to navigate.
“Moonlight Phases of the Moon by Susan Miller” doesn’t replace my award-winning app, “Daily Horoscope Astrology Zone by Susan Miller” — it adds a whole new layer to it. My classic Daily Horoscope app reveals your daily horoscope for each sign as well as all my 12 monthly forecasts, uncut and in their entirety.
You can get this app for free with a short daily forecast, and if you want to upgrade to the premium version (as most people do), it’s an in-app purchase under Go Shopping. The premium paid version of the app gives you much more detailed daily information, and it costs about $1.00 per week per subscription, $4.99 per month. (There are other options for longer plans with a 15% discount.) A $1.00 per week costs much less than your cup of coffee in the morning and is great value for money.
My costs are increasing, so the free version of my app will soon have ads, but only ads we think you’ll find interesting (I have a long list of ads we don’t accept and reject). You will never see ads on the premium paid version of my app for $4.99 per month. This app also includes GPS to give you your forecast for the correct day as this app is loved by readers around the world who speak English.
Finally, I promised my international readers the Year Ahead 2022 that I had written for Instyle and the Beauty Box.
